  • CRM and scheduling integrations.

    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the services for spam, harassment, or illegal activity,

  • Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. AI-Assisted Calls and SMS

  • By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive communications, including automated or AI-assisted calls and SMS/MMS messages, regarding our services.

  • Message frequency may vary. Standard message/data rates may apply.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or by contacting us directly.

  • Your consent is not a condition of receiving free resources such as the 50-Trial Guarantee Checklist.

5. Payments & Billing

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For customers located in the United States, these Terms shall additionally be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes may be resolved in courts located in Delaware.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. We may also notify users of material changes via email.
